About the Class Scheduling and Absence
Most class meetings are 2 day weekends with about 6 extra Fridays scheduled per location. It is possible to miss every Friday but after 3 Fridays students are required to make up the missed hours at the other class location and can be done on a Saturday or Sunday.
Our St. Ignace class is required to meet at the Hancock Campus for 2 weekends of 12/14-16 and Clinic week of June 12-15. Hancock students are required to meet in St. Ignace for 2 weekends of 11/16-18; 1/4-1/6; and 6/8-6/10.
Attendance at clinic week is mandatory for graduation and there are no exceptions for absence and cannot be made up. Classes as a whole will often choose to graduate early in May by adding extra Fridays or doubling up on weekend locations.
